Abu Dhabi's newest women's volleyball team. Every session is planned and run by our professional coach, with drills from first touches to match tactics.

Women only
Ladies-only volleyball
A relaxed, women-only space to play, about once a month. Hijabi-friendly, all backgrounds and levels, and photos only with your permission.

Where can women play volleyball in Abu Dhabi?
Oasis Volleyball Club runs women's team training on Tuesdays 8–10 pm at The Sports Hub, Khalidiya and Thursdays 8–10 pm at British International School Abu Dhabi, plus ladies-only games about once a month and mixed social games on Mondays and Fridays.
Is there a ladies-only volleyball group in Abu Dhabi?
Yes. Our ladies-only games run about once a month for 70 AED, for women of all levels and backgrounds. Invites go out in our Ladies Only WhatsApp group, and photos are only taken with your permission.
Can I join the women's volleyball team as a beginner?
The women's team is for ages 18+ with basic skills. If you are new to volleyball, start with our ladies-only or mixed social games, where complete beginners are welcome, and move up when you are ready.
How much does women's volleyball training cost?
Your first session is free. After that it is 100 AED a session, 500 AED for a calendar month, or 3,000 AED for the full season from September to June (prorated if you join late).
Does the women's team play in a league?
Yes. The Oasis women's team plays in the UAE National League from the 2026/27 season, plus friendly games and tournaments in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Entry fees are covered for at least 4 games a season.
What should I bring to my first session?
Clean indoor sports shoes, sportswear and water. Knee pads are optional.
